STING

Sting is a British musician. He was born in Wallsend, north-est Englandon the second October 1951. His real name is Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner.

He started studying at the oge of 6 and he was very good playing the bass.
Later he began to write his own songs and he became a bassist and singer.
First he usually plays concerts where he can, and later he plays with some jazz bands: jazzmen, Last Exit or The Nexcastle Big Band.

He became fomus from 1977 when he created the famous rock band called The Police with stewart Copelant and Andy Summers. They were very famous, and the won six Grammys. In 1983 the band was separated but in 1986 they started playing again.
Their most famous songs are: Every Breath you take, so lonley, A message in a Bottle, Can't stand losing you, etc.
